With charges going up these days, we now use Fedex or UPS whenever possible to keep reliability high. To avoid price-hikes, we recommend doing a recurring subscription or ordering during the pre-order window to lock-in our flat-rate $5 shipping. If you order the Annual and the Magazine together, you also save $5!
How much does shipping cost, and how long does it take?
Please email [email protected] and let us know. If you can provide a photo even better (as we like to give proof to shippers when possible), but we will be happy to ship out a replacement right away!
My order arrived damaged — what do I do?
Always contact Jen with any problems what-so-ever and she will get on top of it. She may be traveling at shows, but her assistant will be on top of any emails and flag it as soon as Jen returns.

How do I contact Sheltie Annual?

The Sheltie Annual is a stunning Shetland Sheepdog publication that celebrates the breed's accomplishments over the last year. It includes articles from respected breeders and trainers, National Specialty results, kennel showcases, and more. Each Annual spans over 100 pages and has been a sell-out success. Pre-orders are recommended to secure your copy.

You can subscribe to the Sheltie Annual Magazine for $40.00 per year. Your subscription will automatically renew, and you can cancel at any time. How do I subscribe to the Sheltie Annual Magazine?
The Sheltie Annual Calendar is a popular fundraising tool used by Sheltie clubs, rescues, and breeders worldwide. We offer bulk purchasing at a discounted rate, allowing organizations to resell at the regular price to fund rescue medical bills, specialty show trophies, club operations, and more. Breeders also love to include the calendar in their puppy packs as a thoughtful, breed-specific welcome gift for new owners!
Bulk discounts are automatically applied at checkout for orders of 10 or more calendars. Orders must be received and paid in full before June 15th to qualify for bulk pricing.
How can Sheltie clubs use the calendar to fundraise?
How do I submit a photo for the Sheltie Annual Calendar?
We accept photo submissions year-round! Photos must be in color, sharp, and horizontal, with a minimum file size of 8 MB. Cell phone photos are not accepted. Photos are judged on composition, simplicity, balance, contrast, and overall appeal. Photos not chosen are kept in our database and considered for future calendars. We finalize each year's calendar selections by June. You can submit photos here.
Calendar pre-orders are shipped at the end of summer via FedEx or UPS. To lock in our flat-rate $5 shipping, we recommend placing your order during the pre-order window or setting up a recurring subscription so your calendar arrives automatically every year. We ship worldwide. If you order after the pre-order window, items will be shipped in bulk every few days. An email will be sent out when calendars officially ship, so you know exactly when to expect yours!
When does the Sheltie Annual Calendar ship?
The Sheltie Annual Magazine is printed and mailed each March to arrive just in time for the American Shetland Sheepdog Association National Specialty. In 2027, the event begins on March 26th.

The Top Producers issue is a 125-page publication dedicated to the top producers in the breed's history and today. It includes interviews with respected breeders such as Tom Coen (Macdega), Carol Howell (Jade Mist), Jennie Hynes (Rosmoor), and Linda Nicholas (Solange), among others.
How do I advertise in the Sheltie Annual Magazine?
We welcome ads from confirmation and performance winners, as well as vendors and services. Options include in-house design or a Showtime Design exclusive, with rates for full pages, spreads, and cover placements (front cover, back cover, inside covers, and inside cover spreads). When is the deadline to submit an ad for the Sheltie Annual Magazine?
